About the Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing 6-8 people, leading and managing the daily operations, to ensure settlement tasks and compliance are fulfilled. Some responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the team provides a high level of customer service with a wide range of stakeholders
- Coach and develop team members to help improve productivity and team morale
- Regularly meet with team members, manage the roster and facilitate huddles to promote continuous workflow
- Handle any escalated matters
- Ensure settlements are completed in a timely matter, with minimal errors
- Ensure constant vigilance regarding the risk of fraud
- Provide relevant data to internal management, the dealer network, and third parties
***Please note, that 1-2 times a month, you would be required to work a Saturday, but you will receive time in lieu.
About You
Ideally, you will have experience working in a Settlements role within the finance industry coupled with experience leading a team. If you're an intermittent supervisor, we'd love to see your application too.
