The graduate test suite is a comprehensive battery that benchmarks graduate candidates against the key competencies required for the particular role being filled (Note: the competencies are agreed during a briefing with Challenge Consulting’s organisational psychologist).  The graduate test battery compares candidates results against other university level graduates. This suite is usually used for a small number of candidates who have already been interviewed and are preferred for the role.  The suite contains the following tests:

Volume Screening Reports are used early in the recruitment process where there are a significant number of applicants to screen.  They benchmark and compare candidates against the key competencies for the role.. Screening Reports can be targeted for the following job areas:
