This role brings together the company's digital solutions to deliver real impact to its clients.

Stay challenged each day by:

• working closely with the project team, offering advice, to ensure a successful rollout within a client's system
• being responsible for setup and implementation, ensuring project milestones are met
• contribute to new client bids by providing technical demonstrations
• providing 1st level technical support to clients, monitoring the Aus and US inbox, and responding in a timely manner
• partnering with clients, to ensure they have a pleasant experience
• upload and manage data, as well as complete quality assurance checks
• administering and management of third-party psychometrics and surveys
• maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platform, sharing updates with the business

About You

• Any previous experience in client-facing project management and technology implementation is strongly desired
• Strong IT literacy, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Competency in Excel
• Experience dealing with clients on a professional level
