  • The role team in based in East Melbourne but given they're currently working from home, you can be based anywhere. However, if the role were to go permanent, they do prefer that the role be worked out of Melbourne,

About the opportunity:

Our client has recently transitioned their student management system (from VETtrak to aXcelerate) and with this comes a variety of challenges. 

This is a newly created role and we are looking for a switched-on candidate to: 

  • Redesign templates and workflows in aXcelerate 
  • Redesign reports to be sent to relevant government bodies 
  • Identify issues and discrepancies in reporting 
  • Assist with student registration and enquiries
  • Invoice management and accounts receivable assistance 

About you: 

  • Experience working with VETtrak and/or aXcelerate (and therefore experience working in the Education industry). This systems knowledge is a non-negotiable.
  • Basic finance knowledge and/or experience in accounts receivables (or the capability and enthusiasm to learn this)
  • A strong appreciation for attention to detail 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to kindly solve Student enquiries
  • A self-starter to efficiently work from home.
