About the company + the benefits 

This Sydney based company has successfully offered property Tax Depreciation advice and services for four years. Due to growth, they are looking to seriously expand into the Melbourne market and make their 5-service well-known. They are proud to have an honest, open and collaborative culture, one which you will be immediately welcomed into.  Being the "first face" for the Melbourne office, this role has potential to expand into managing a team later down the track and of course there is lucrative bonus potential.   

The opportunity 
This is a brand new role in the business. One to make your own.  

There are two roles available so you'll work closely with another new starter to penetrate the Melbourne market.  

The role will see you develop new business relationships with referrals partners (predominately accountants but also financial planning and real estate agents) and from there you will take on account/relationship management duties (using Salesforce). The role will see you work both in the office, on the road and attend various networking events, so no two days will be the same. The role will require you to work autonomously and remain self motivated. 

About you 
We're open to seeing people from different backgrounds. Whether you're a recent Graduate or have over 10 years experience, it won't matter, but you will be resilient, engaging and have a good work ethic. Ideally you have worked in an office/professional environment and having an interest in property/investment/construction will help! You will also have a registered car and full driver's licence.
