PA to Executive Dean

  • 14th July start
  • 4-6 month assignment 
  • Possible temp to perm 

The company and the benefits: 
Our client is a leading University that has over 2,000 staff supporting more than 34,000 students across 8 campuses. The role will be based in North Sydney based on their beautiful campus. You will be able to start on July 14th and there is potential for the role to go permanent for the right person. You'll work with an inspiring and busy Manager as well as another support staff who works remotely. 


We are looking for a switched on PA/EA who can hit the ground running. The role will be supporting a very senior member of the University.  

  • Organise travel, accommodation, teleconferences, video conferences
  • Event/meeting bookings with rooms, catering, calendar requests etc
  • Dairy management
  • General office management 
  • Assist on projects as required. 
  • Edit, proof read review important and confidential information. 
  • This will be a busy role which has the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time

About you: 

  • Relevant experience supporting a senior manager 
  • High level of computer literacy and sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • You can start July 14th and are happy to commit for 6 months
