People and Culture Manager

The Organisation:

Your Mission:
Contributing to the strategic growth of the business, you will provide operational expertise to the Board, CEO and Leadership team. You will work closely with employees on all people related matters including performance and talent management, organisational design, staff engagement, reward and recognition, HR Systems and reporting. 

About You:
You will be a true HR Generalist, ideally with a couple of years experience working as a manager. Alternatively, this may suit someone ready to step up to the next level.  Naturally, you'll have excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
