Property Development Team Assistant


The Organisation  

Our Not For Profit client seeks to provide positive lifestyle choices for older people that result in enriching and fulfilling lives. They offer residential care, retirement living, community care, day centres, youth accommodation private nursing and respite care. This role will be a part of their Property department which develops sites for the aforementioned services. They have many locations across NSW and this role is based in the Sydney CBD Head Office, near town hall station. The Opportunity 

This role will see you provide high-level support to the Property Development team, working very closely with the Head of Property. 

You will be a key team player by contributing through:

  • EA support to the Director as well as supporting the wider team
  • Diary management 
  • Meeting management, taking minutes, preparing and following up on agendas  
  • Financial management – raising POs, processing invoices and tracking budgets 
  • Providing various admin and project coordination support to assist with the effective delivery of property projects
  • Assist with written reports and presentations 
  • Maintain resource library 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required so the team as a whole can excel (eg, research)

About You

Naturally. you will possess experience in a similar high-level administrative role and organisation skills will be one of your strengths. Thorough knowledge of MS Office is essential and an interest in property development, as well as community service, is a bonus!
