About The Company

Our client is a big player in the tech industry, providing services online and connecting tradespeople with customers across Australia and New Zealand. You'll work out of their modern, fun, and inspiring office which is based in the CBD, near Town Hall station.

About The Opportunity

Your days will fly by as you will:

  • Keep the office running at peak efficiency and maximum awesomeness by organising fantastic team events and ensuring the kitchen is stocked with drinks, fruit, breakfast & snacks that keep our team fuelled and happy
  • Manage general office administration, including meeting preparations, team outings, kitchen and office supplies, team contests and meet-ups and sponsorships.
  • Drive the fantastic Sydney Culture, including events planning (monthly team events, EOFY company party, cultural celebrations etc and project manage the Culture Club;
  • Manage new employee on-boarding process, ensuring a fantastic new hire experience;
  • Assist the P&C Business Partner with team administration and projects;
  • Manage office facilities and liaise with building management to ensure the office facilities are in top shape;
  • Help to decorate and ensure an inspiring and functional office environment;
  • Manage Workplace Health & Safety requirements, including First Aid Officers and Fire Wardens;
  • Follow accounting procedures for managing the office culture budget expenses;
  • Run various errands as needed and do other ad hoc duties as required

About You

Naturally, you are an experienced office manager or senior administrator who can demonstrate a number of years working in a fast-paced and busy environment. You will also bring to the role your excellent communication skills and "I'll get it done" attitude.
