Office Move Coordinator

Located only a 5 minutes work from North Sydney station, this role will require you to work in the office.

About the opportunity 

This is a part-time role working 3 days per week where the hours can be worked flexibly, This is a 6 month contract to assist with the management of a smooth office relocation. 

Some responsibilities will include 

  • Scanning and/or discarding of confidential files. 
  • Assist with coordinating a range of relevant services, including IT, telephones, removalists
  • Help with communicating relevant updates to staff members 
  • Assist the CFO and GM of People and Culture as required
  • Other admin and ad-hoc tasks

About you

You won't need to have done something like this before, but a background in Administration, Office Management or working as an EA will be useful. We are looking for someone with some good common sense, a great attitude and the maturity to work with confidential material.
