Our NFP client seeks to provide positive lifestyle choices for older people that result in enriching and fulfilling lives. Whilst, they are NFP, the operate in a very commercial property environment. They offer residential care, retirement living, community care, day centres, private nursing and respite care. This role will be a part of their Independent Living department. They have many locations across NSW and this role is based in the Sydney CBD Head Office, near town hall station, although you will have the opportunity work many days from home. The Opportunity
This is a 12 month maternity leave cover.
The role will see you develop and implement the marketing strategy for the existing retirement living portfolio along with several new developments. You will manage a team of 5 staff ensuring they have the resources to meet business objectives along with managing a multi-million dollar budget.
About YOU
The role requires you to hit the ground running therefore experience in aged care and/or property is essential. You will be an inspiring team leader and also have experience managing budgets and dealing with high-level stakeholders.
