The roles

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering world’s best practise climate risk advise to Australia’s largest companies. We are all working from home at the moment, our offices are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing multiple consulting projects
  • Closely interacting with, and drawing on the skills and experience of, specialists within Energetics
  • Building, developing and maintaining client relationships

About you

With strong client relationship skills and the ability to demonstrate critical thinking and deep analysis, you will enjoy working with a highly qualified and passionate team. You will be a self-motivated, team player who can work on open-ended, complex problems bringing your finance and commerce skills to bear on the wicked problems of climate adaptation.

Ideally you will possess:

  • A minimum of five years consulting or industry experience across finance, strategy and consulting, and relevant formal qualifications
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • A passion for working with business to help them innovative to create competitive advantage
  • The ability to apply you skills and expertise to deliver a diverse range of projects
  • Experience in project management in a consulting context would be an advantage.
