Our client identifies the needs of children and young people as their number one priority. They are a "for-purpose" organisation that offer a range of programs and services including home care, respite care, transportation and mentoring. More recently, they have also introduced disability services where they have 17 care homes across NSW. This role will be based in the disability team.  

Head office is located in Silverwater, however you'll be meeting clients approximately 60% of the time, so you'll enjoy the flexibility of coming in and out of the office and not being stuck behind a desk. Travel will mainly be around metro Sydney. You’ll have the opportunity to work in an agile and commercial environment with a dynamic and energetic team. You'll also enjoy a flat org structure and supportive leadership.  

Your Mission:
Contributing to the growth of the business, this role will see you nurture existing relationships with NGOs, government agencies, hospitals and service providers who support the disabled. Using your second to none customer service skills, you will proactively uncover client needs and provide effective solutions. You will also be responsible for reporting, sales forecasts and identifying new opportunities with existing clients to build the client base.   

About You:
You won't need like-for-like experience for this role, but definitely transferable skills. You might be looking to find more purpose in your work and you love building and maintaining relationships. Naturally; you have excellent interpersonal skills;  you can autonomously manage your workload and you love helping people. Coming from a service industry is desirable.
