Casual Village Manager


About the Company 
Our client seeks to provide positive lifestyle choices for older people that result in enriching and fulfilling lives.They offer residential care, retirement living, community care, day centres, private nursing and respite care. This role will be apart of their Independent Living department. 
About the Opportunity 
We are seeking someone to cover annual and sick leave etc for the Village Managers.
The main purpose of the role is to provide quality and holistic customer service to residents and act as a conduit between head office and the Village.
It will see you: 

  • Assist with basic day-to-day operations of the Villages
  • Managing residents correspondence including complaints
  • Coordinating facility repairs 
  • Facilitating social activities 
  • Referring residents who may need support
  • Ensuring Villages are compliant and safe

About You
Whilst you won't require like-for-like experience you will need excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. A genuine interest to work in aged care is desirable as well as the ability to work autonomously. You may be required to look after more than one village therefore a car will be required. If successful a police check must be completed.
