Your Mission:
This is a newly created role that will use your operational experience along with your strategic thinking. You will ensure customer retention and profitable growth by ensuring the highest degree of service delivery. If you're looking to manage/coach/mentor a team this role will see you manage 5-7 staff members. Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with other managers in the business to identify opportunities and risks and you will contribute to the overall strategy of service delivery and customer experience. Furthermore, you will be responsible for all commercial management such as contract negotiation, reporting and stakeholder management.
About You:
You won't need like-for-like experience for this role, but definitely transferable skills and a genuine interest in helping young people in need. A Sales/Relationship Manager background would be advantageous. You will need to have strong business acumen and be a strategic thinker. Strong interpersonal skills will go far in this role as you will encourage and motivate your team, as well as interact with external stakeholders.
