Project Team Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Team Assistant to take ownership and become a trusted and vital part of the project team focused on the design phases of a technical gas project.
Working within this leading resource company with operations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, this is your chance to gain valuable experience within a project environment by providing hands-on coordination and administrative support to the project directors and team members.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: 

  • Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings for internal and external project stakeholders
  • Provide administrative and logistical support including setting up meetings and video conferences across various time zones
  • General cost controls including raising purchase requisitions, invoicing and expense claims management using SAP
  • Looking after staff on-boarding, including IT access and coordinating inductions
  • PA duties to Project Director as required
  • Assist in producing presentations and drafting, editing, and formatting documents and reports. Research and document retrieval. 
  • Assisting the office manager with general office management duties Ad hoc assignments delegated by the Project Management team  

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate good time management and organisational skills previously gained within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have the ability to work well under pressure. Having a can-do attitude, you will work well in a team environment but be mature enough to work autonomously when required. As a strong problem solver, you will also be highly proficient using the Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
