Marketing specialist required for leading climate change consultancy

Energetics is seeking a marketing professional with a passion for brand management, visual communication and a desire to play a role in a business that is making a positive difference to the health of our environment.

You will play a key role in campaigns that promote Energetics’ expertise and service offerings, applying your skills, experience and creativity to developing a suite of compelling infographics and other imagery. Your work supports our thought leadership and the presentation of tenders/proposals and collateral across our digital channels to bring our expertise to life and convey complex ideas in a highly engaging way. 

While we have offices across Australia, we are a small team and the work is hands-on and encompasses a broad range of marketing activities.  Responsibilities include managing and enhancing our digital presence particularly our website and social media, internal and external events, liaison with key associations with which we partner, support for internal communications and assisting different business units as required.


  • Assist with planning to align digital and social marketing with sales campaigns
  • Develop graphics and infographics for use in company proposals/ tenders, collateral and digital marketing.
  • Support consultants by troubleshooting for company Word and PowerPoint templates. 
  • Maintain Energetics’ digital assets including logos, photographs, and diagrams
  • Analyse website data to identify and report on trends, to determine reach and effectiveness of different types of content and monitor and report on ROI
  • Implement and project manage website changes
  • Supervise Energetics’ client survey program, including survey analysis and reporting
  • Develop written content for marketing collateral specifically working with consultants to draft service descriptions, value propositions, case studies and testimonials


  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or Visual Communication
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; including designing and troubleshooting company templates
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products (especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Experience using website content management systems
  • Preferred experience in WordPress and Umbraco
  • Experienced user of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Research abilities and skills in data analysis
  • Highly capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
  • Ability to adapt and pick up new concepts/tasks quickly with little handover or instruction
  • A self starter able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good organisational and project management skills
