The Opportunity:
This is a newly created role to independently manage the compliance for NDIS, Child Protection and Family Services Business Units. Acting as a conduit between front-line staff and head office staff, you will ensure all compliance standards, policies and legislation is integrated into the business' workflow.  You will document all participant outcomes and complete the required reporting for funding bodies and management. Other responsibilities include internal audits, WHS and development of process and procedures in regards to incident management and compliance violation.     

About You:
You will ideally come from a compliance/audit background or have worked in a complimentary industry such as Legal or Insurance. You are process focused and no doubt have an exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage various stakeholders.
