Our client is a global finance organisation who are experiencing significant growth in the market. With an outstanding reputation and a long successful history, this top-notch company are looking for a number of high performing, customer-centric individuals to join their Customer Service team and become a valuable member of the organisation.

Your new role 
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will gain exposure to a number of retail banking products, including cash, mortgages, investments and wrap products. As the first point of contact for all enquiries, you will be required to:

  • Consistently deliver outstanding customer service to a range of clients
  • Actively handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails Initiate follow up calls
  • Meeting and exceeding expectations and working to deadlines
  • Liaising with and interacting with internal teams to resolve and deliver solutions  

Your experience 
You are a highly driven and motivated customer centric individual, with a passion and flair for customer service. You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in a customer-centric role and fast paced environment
  • Natural confidence, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role either face to face or phone based
  • A can-do positive attitude
