The opportunity 
We are looking for a person to fill a very important role. You will be the glue that keeps our team ticking smoothly. Every day, you will find a new challenge and exciting learning opportunities. Our human resources consulting business is fast paced, interesting and demanding; where you will meet a wide variety of people from all backgrounds and places. Your role will have two main aspects: Administration and Recruitment


  • Maintain the smooth running of the office
  • Meet and greet clients and candidates in a personable manner 
  • Handle a busy phone service and assisting proactively with enquiries
  • Order stationary, office supplies etc
  • Ensure the kitchen and office space is neat and tidy and our two plants are kept alive! 


  • Support for the consulting team
  • Complete reference checking
  • Format CVs and other documents 
  • Update and upload our database
  • Administer and supervise candidate assessments  
  • Write and post job ads 
  • Sourcing candidates and talent pooling
  • Talk to candidates to determine their suitability for roles
  • Over time the scope of the role will increase to client visits, client management, business development and filling jobs independently 

About you 
Naturally, you are a people person who loves being busy! You will bring to the role:

  • A warm, friendly and engaging personality
  • The ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Excellent MS Word experience and ideally you have a knack for picking up new systems  
  • A positive, energetic and can-do attitude 
  • A great sense of humour as we don't take ourselves too seriously
