Client Service Coordinator – Professional Services

Our client is an award-winning accounting, tax and advisory firm with a passion for growing and emerging businesses. This year they have been recognized in the Financial Review Top 100 Accounting Firms.
 
They are currently looking for an outgoing and well-presented Client Services Co-ordinator to coordinate the many day-to-day functions of the busy, professional office.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Handling the phones and reception, and directing calls and enquiries appropriately
  • Greeting and welcoming clients and other visitors to our office
  • Scheduling client meetings and coordinating functions for the Partners
  • Assisting the Partner and Managers with administration support
  • Managing snail mail
  • Assisting with some client work including liaising with regulatory bodies (e.g. ATO/ASIC) and other service providers
  • Ensuring our office looks professional and is a pleasant and smooth-running environment for both clients and team members
  • Supporting the EA and Practice Manager with administration and office projects and initiatives

What we need from you:

  • Experience in administration and customer service, ideally in a professional office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
  • An innovative, solution-focused approach
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, (i.e. competence with MS Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Training will be provided or the  ATP and ASIC portal / lodgements
