Your Mission:
This is a newly created role to ensure customer retention and profitable growth by ensuring the highest degree of service delivery. If you're looking to manage/coach/mentor a team this role will see you manage 5 staff members. Reporting to the GM, you will work closely with other managers in the business to identify opportunities and risks and you will contribute to the overall strategy of service delivery. Furthermore, you will be responsible for commercial management such as contract negotiation, reporting and stakeholder management. The organisation is growing dramatically so the first 6 months will see you focused on operations and ensuring strong foundations are set.
About You:
You won't need like-for-like experience for this role, but definitely transferable skills. A Sales/Relationship Manager background would be advantageous. You will need to have business acumen and be a strategic thinker. Strong interpersonal skills will go far in this role as you will encourage and motivate your team, as well as interact with external stakeholders.
