The Organisation:
Our client is a private organisation that identifies the needs of children and young people as their number one priority. They offer a range of programs and services including supervision, transportation, mentoring and respite care. More recently, they have also introduced disability services. 

Located in Silverwater, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an agile environment with a dynamic and energetic team. You'll also enjoy a flat org structure and supportive leadership 

Your Mission:
This is a newly created role to manage and promote public relations and marketing opportunities to enhance the organisation's professional image and develop philanthropic opportunities. This is a stand-alone role which means you'll enjoy getting your hands dirty with the day-to-day activities but you will have the commercial acumen to contribute to overall business strategy. This exciting role will see you: 

• Create a PR & Marketing plan
• Review existing and create new promotion material
• Manage PR – create positive publicity and manage any crisis that may arise 
• Plan, create and manage marketing campaigns 
• Manage the creation of and write content for a new website
• Plan and facilitate appropriate events 
• Develop strong relationships with relevant third parties 

About You:
You are a Thinker and a Doer. And naturally a wordsmith. 

Ideally, you will have experience in both marketing and PR and have the confidence to make this role your own.  Whether you have 2 years or 10 years experience, if you think you have what it takes, we want to see you CV! A genuine interest in this industry is also highly desirable.
