The Company:
Our client is a private company that identifies the needs of children and young people as their number one priority. They offer a range of programs and services including supervision, transportation, mentoring and respite care. More recently, they have also introduced disability services.

Located in Silverwater, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an agile environment with a dynamic and energetic team. You'll also enjoy a flat org structure and supportive leadership 

The Role:
Contributing to the growth of the business, this role will see you recruit their frontline staff (think youth and disability support workers), alongside another internal recruiter. Being the "face and voice" of the organisation, you will source talent, build talent pools and engage potential staff along the way. 

About You:
You won't need like-for-like experience for this role, but definitely transferable skills. You might be looking to find more purpose in your work and you love building and maintaining relationships. Naturally, you have excellent interpersonal skills, you can autonomously manage your workload and you love helping people.
