Our client is a reputable Aged Care organisation based in Epping.
The opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team of 3 people and partner with the busy as well as liaise with regional agencies. You'll have high volume roles with a focus on front-line positions – Think Facility Managers, Support Staff, Registered Nurses, Cooks and Carers. You also enjoy the variety of working on corporate head office roles – IT, Finance, Marketing. This role may be temp to perm or directly permanent.
About you:
You will be an experienced Recruiter who knows top talent when you see it. You love a good search and know the ins and outs of LinkedIn and database searching. You'll ideally be well versed in volume recruitment and experience in the health space will be beneficial.
