HR Data Migration Analyst

Our client is an absolute leader in their specialization / sector and they are currently implementing SAP across Financial Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, HR management and Payroll, Supply Chain Management, Asset Manager, Environment, Health and Safety and Production Operations.
In this particular role, you will be working on a HR / Payroll migration project:
The role will involve the extraction of data from the legacy system into excel, performing any necessary transformation activities and checks and then loading the valided information into SAP. Reconciliation, analysis, testing – together with educating the business users  will be part of your responsibility
Ideally you will have:

  • Have experience working within an HR function with some knowledge of payroll
  • Exposure to Business Systems and IT functionality and mapping
  • Demonstrated experience in  business analysis or data architecture
  • An understanding of project management phases and migration cycle
  • The ability to explain database structures and data base issues to the business users
  • Excellent excel skills – Formulas, pivot tables, macros and vlookup
  • Strong analytical skills with an inquiring mind testing the status quo
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
