The Organisation:
Our client identifies the needs of children and young people as their number one priority. They offer a range of programs and services including supervision, transportation, mentoring and respite care. They have experienced lots of growth in the last 2 years and more recently, they have introduced disability services to their offering. Located in Silverwater, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an agile environment with a dynamic and energetic team.  You'll also enjoy a flat org structure and supportive leadership 

Your Mission:
You will work closely with the HR Manager and provide support as required on all people related matters including performance and talent management, reward and recognition and HR Systems. Recruitment will be a focus and most importantly, you will be the voice and face of the company, when engaging potential staff members.  

About You:
You will be a true people person and have excellent interpersonal skills. This will be coupled with an organised mindset and interest in recruitment, HR and community services. This is a rare opportunity to start an HR career with no relevant experience required!
