About the role
With an expanding business, our client is in need of a number of customer service superstars, to join their team.  This is initially a 6-month opportunity. As a member of this high performing team, you will be responsible for: 

• Delivering high-quality customer service to existing and new clients  
• Handling high volume inbound enquiries on a daily basis, and following up on enquiries when required 
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, and working to KPI agreements

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Exceptional customer service skills and first class communication  
• A high level of energy and enthusiasm, with a drive to succeed 
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively and autonomously 
• Tertiary qualifications (Commerce/Finance/Accounting or related disciplines desirable)
