The Role

This role will be responsible for daily administrative tasks related to the Superannuation Platform. As a member of the Operations teams, you will be required to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and be able to work under pressure and in a changing environment. There is a strong emphasis on quality within the team to assist with enhancing performance and service excellence. 

Key responsibilities include:

• processing and authorise applications, client & adviser maintenance, payment processing and asset transfer requests
• collaborate with peers to ensure work is processed accurately and SLAs are maintained
• liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of requests
• understand all aspects of processing, with a focus on legislative, risk and reputational implications, maintaining procedures via the knowledge management tool
• participate in regular team meetings to provide feedback on process improvement and increasing the service offering to clients

About You

We are seeking candidates who have demonstrated experience working with Superannuation or Wrap investments products. You will have a strong outcome focus with the ability to investigate, analyse and resolve issues within a timely manner. Your attention to detail will be second to none you will and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
