How it works.

If you refer a person to Challenge Consulting for an Accounting Practice vacancy we are working on and the person:

• is not on our existing database and
• has not already applied for the position and
• we successfully place the person in a permanent role,

we will pay you a referral reward as set out in the table below.

Please note: The referral reward will be paid as soon at the successful candidate completes their probation/guarantee period.
