Established in 1992.
1992 saw Challenge Consulting establish its roots in the Sydney market servicing the commercial sector with permanent and temporary recruitment services. From these solid beginnings the business quickly developed a consistent reputation for delivering a dependable quality service. This quickly translated into substantial growth into new business channels.
With the advent of the internet in 2000 Challenge Consulting was able to capitalise on new (at the time) web based technology and expand its reach into new markets Australia-wide. As well as using the internet as a new candidate attraction tool, we developed a number of online service channels, communication tools, and currently, we use the latest technology to manage our client interactions and candidate database.
