Our client seeks to provide positive lifestyle choices for older people that result in enriching and fulfilling lives. They offer residential care, retirement living, community care, day centres, private nursing and respite care. This role will be apart of their Independent Living department. 
About the Opportunity 
We are seeking an experienced Village Manager to work 4 days per week to manage Independant Living residences in Shellharbour
The main purpose of the role is to provide quality and holistic customer service to residents and it will see you: 

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Villages
  • Managing residents correspondence and complaints
  • Coordinating facility repairs 
  • Maintaining the Village database
  • Managing all facility maintenance 
  • Facilitating social inclusion strategy
  • Referring residents who may need support
  • Ensuring Villages are compliant and safe
  • Ensuring optimum occupancy levels 
  • And much more. 

About the Requirements
Aged Care industry experience is desirable but certainly not a deal breaker. We are very open to candidates who are keen to try something new and gain Aged Care experience. Strong communication skills are a must as well as the ability to remain patient and diplomatic. The role is quite autonomous therefore self motivation is also essential. 

An immediate start is required and a police check will need to be completed before your start date.
