People and Culture Administrator for leading climate change consultancy

Energetics is seeking a People and Culture Administrator with a passion for people and HR practices and a desire to play a role in a business that is making a positive difference to the health of our environment.
You will play a key role by working closely with the GM of People and Culture to ensure recruitment and onboarding of new staff and accurate timely reporting.
You will be the face of Energetics to candidates and new starters. The interaction will leave a lasting impression of Energetics.
While we have offices across Australia, we are a small team and the work is hands-on and encompasses a range of HR and recruitment activities.
Accountabilities:
- Assist hiring managers with the submission and gaining approval for new and replacement roles
- Ensure each role to be recruited has an up to date job description
- Schedule interviews for candidates with the GM of People and Culture and Hiring Managers
- Gather feedback from Interviewers
- Draft employment agreements for selected candidates
- Ensure all logistic requirements are in place for new staff members commencement with Energetics
- Manage onboarding procedure, including the arranging of relevant briefings etc
- Monitor new staff members progress during probation period and report any issues to the GM of People and Culture
- Work with GM of People and Culture to produce reports required for management and Board.

- Competent in Microsoft Office in order to produce reports
