About the organisation:
A position has arisen for an experienced Accounts and Office Administrator to join an international FMCG franchise. Our client is a US based FMCG franchise corporation. They currently have over 4,000 food bars in supermarkets and other food service sectors throughout the US and Canada. With 25 years’ of experience, this organisation has become a market leader in the US. They are continuously expanding and are looking to take a dominant share of the Australian market. They currently operate at over 180 sites in 4 states across Australia and are growing at a rapid rate.
About the role:
You will be responsible for ensuring all office and accounts related tasks are completed in a timely manner. Duties will include; assisting with the bank reconciliation process, performing vendor account reconciliations, record and invoice maintenance, performing debtor and creditor consolidation as well as dealing with account related queries from franchisees. You will work within a small and supportive team.
About you:
You will have 2-3 years experience in an accounts administration role and will demonstrate excellent attention to detail. You will be confident in your ability to manage a varied workload and to multitask. Above all else the right candidate will demonstrate a positive work ethic and a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities including finance, administrative and clerical tasks.
