The Opportunity & You 

An important role in the team will see you ensure smooth operation of general office activities. Your days will be varied and busy and will include:

  • General administration duties such as reception, mail, stationary etc – A few years admin experience is highly beneficial
  • Support Marketing activities such as collation of presentations, distribution of marketing documents to stores, sending samples for PR
  • Customer service responsibility ensuring customers have a 5-star experience – A personable phone manner is a must along with good written communication skills
  • Support Sales activities by collating weekly reports, chasing up stores for reports – A good understanding of Excel is required as you will be playing with spreadsheets
  • Training assistance, by preparing “New Starter” kits, sending out testers to stores, maintaining training information
  • Liaise with the warehouse regarding orders and deliveries
  • Support the GM and Sales & Training Manager as required
