Our client is a leader in the Financial Planning, Advisory and Wealth Management space, helping people and business build a strong financial future
Some of their services offerings include Superannuation, Investment Strategies, Debt Management, Cashflow Management, Accounting Services, Leasing & Mortgage Services.
They are currently seeking to recruit a Client Service Manager to join their elite team.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Financial Planner in the delivery of service to clients
  • Efficiently manage the day to day tasks required the Advisor’s clients
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Preparing appropriate paperwork & documentation required for client meetings
  • Reviewing & assessing applications, lodgement, rollover & switch paperwork
  • Maintaining the COIN database to achieve accurate reporting
  • Handling of cheques, application forms & invoices are documented

 
The ideal person will be:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a customer service manager or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Financial Planning, Superannuation, Insurance Managed Funds & Shares
  • WRAP/IDPS experience application and lodgement process
  • Ideally a working knowledge of COIN
